I saw where you were looking for engineering/beta releases.  We've been 
running 3.8.2je-5 for a long while now with good sucess.  I'm attaching it 
to this E-mail.  This release came after 3.8.2c2 but before the 3.9 train 
and fixed some v.90 issues.  Unfortunately, I cannot find the release notes 
in my E-mail archive, but someone else on the portmaster-users list may 
have it.  Hope it helps someone.
